We went through the drive through yesterday around 4:30 pm, we originally ordered a kids meal, a chicken sandwich, a king stacker with extra sauce & a rootbeer, I decided last minute I wanted fries so before we paid we asked to change the sandwich with a drink to a MEAL to include fries. The worker was like yea ok, then walks away for whatever & a manager came over, indicated our total which was incorrect so we explained we had a kids meal, one meal & a sandwich, the manager then proceeded to swipe our card STILL with the incorrect amount charging us for 3 meals as opposed to 2 meals & a sandwich. We AGAIN then informed him it was the incorrect amount & he said it'll take a few minutes to correct it so to pull ahead & wait. Can you explain why we were ignored SEVERAL times when telling you our order amount was incorrect & swiped the payment EVEN AFTER being made aware it was incorrect amount? This all happened after we were given our order, remember the sandwich with extra sauce? I didn't open that until we were about 10 mins away & when I did it was a mess. So much sauce that the buns were falling apart making it unable to be eaten. You charge me $8 to ruin my sandwich because I requested extra sauce? I definitely did not say to drench it in sauce so it falls apart. I want whoever made the sandwich held accountable because there was no reason to use that much sauce on a sandwich other than being a spiteful jerk! Read moreMy family had a horrible experience at this Burger King located at 439 Central Avenue Albany, NY 12206 . I saved the receipt as well. The exact date and time was 2/28/2022 7:52:16 PM. The employee who gave horrible service dealt with is named Nicole. My family and I ordered $25.56 worth of food. My father gave Nicole at the register a $100.00 bill. He was supposed to get $72.40 back but he was shortchanged $10.00. When he confronted Nicole she pulled out a $10 bill that she kept hidden. This infuriates me because she was trying to steal from my family. You can even request to look at the video tape on that date/time. She strategically placed a $10 bill and thought my dad was not going to notice. He did and confronted her. I am very upset that this employee is trying to steal from a customer. It breaks my heart that someone who is employees tried to steal from customers. We work hard for our money and to have someone insult my father's intelligence is cruel. My father used to work in Accounting and is a math wiz. You're lucky that you didnt try to scam an off duty police officer. Actually, my father could of called the police because it is a crime. Read moreI went there in the past and it was a very nice place to eat. The manager always around asking customers about the food and about the service. So that was okay. However, today March 10, 2020 at 6:30 P.M. , I went there the first problem was the service. People joking in the kitchen area and looking at customers like they never saw people before. It was something very uncomfortable. The first thing I thought was if they were putting bad things in my meal. Hm? They really ruined my appetite. However, because, I was with company, I decided not to coment anything. Once seated at the table I noticed that the food was to cold. Like it was seating there for a while waiting to be place in the order of the first customer they think it could be an easy prey, and that prey was me. I continue eating to avoid bothering my friend.Then, the manager being rude to the cashire in front of customers was the second thing not good. It is like the place needed training at all levels. But the food is something that should be my mayor complaining. I usually eat there and it was always good. Now, new Manager and new staff are making of this place a bad choice for lunch or dinner. Never again. That is what happens when training, pay and choosing bad workers meet...
