I don’t know who answers the phone but she is the most disrespectful human being I’ve come across. She kept yelling at me over the phone when I was trying to make my order. She kept shouting “do you understand, do you understand” no I don’t because she kept yelling and I couldn’t get a word in! I got frustrated and shouted back at her. That seemed to get her back to reality that u can’t just shout at someone but then she hang up the phone! Just horrible and disrespectful. I wasn’t even ordering the food for myself cuz I stopped eating Chinese food. I was doing a favor but look at the disrespect. They need to replace her on the phone if they want better business....

Ordering is always a hassle! The lady that answers the phone is always disrespectful no matter how polite you are and it’s honestly disgusting. I will not be ordering from here ever again honestly I’ve had it.
