I was already a little skeptical of this place but it certainly gives the people what they want. Open space, cornhole and the dense stench that college kids carry.

My only reservation is the inconsistent policy of “plain WHITE” T Shirts. This is obviously a pro-shirt place, but ALL SHIRTS don’t matter. And that’s unfortunate. I typically celebrate white t-shirt summers and I can say with fact and digital footage that at one point this place had no problem with my plain WHITE t shirt. I’ve worn it more than 75% of the time I’ve attended this establishment. I think it’s because my Caucasian friend ALSO wore a plain WHITE t-shirt that all of and TWO plain WHITE t shirts cannot get in the club at the same time. You should probably break your party (or simply +1) up.

Now to be completely transparent and fair, ladies need not worry. I left gracefully and counted the number of plain white t-shirts there thinking MAYBE they have an internal policy that caps the total amount of plain white Ts they can let in before no ts matter and every shirt becomes equally worthless, therefore degrading social interaction because this generation is incapable of eye contact or more than surface level compliments anyway….I digress….the point being, if you show up with a party, diversify your t shirts. I recommend the fruit of the loom multipack available on Amazon for a reasonable price. Otherwise they will not let you use the Bridge to Terabithia and you’ll spend your money elsewhere with...

Bouncers originally told us we could not enter the bar because of the shorts me and my friend were wearing followed by them saying we can get in with $50 additional fee.

We had just Ubered there so we paid the 50 reluctantly. At the end of our night there the bouncers and staff were nothing but rude and unprofessional. While waiting for an Uber home, one of the bouncers end up injecting himself into our group and being very disrespectful for no apparent reason that I can tell. The bouncer/ his bouncer friends then proceed to sucker punch and jump both the women and men in the group (2 men and 3 ladies vs 5-6 power hungry bouncers.

It was one of our friend’s birthdays and the whole night was ruined. People in the group have gashes, bruising, bleeding, head fuzziness, probably concussed, etc.. this is absolutely the worst excuse for a bar and according the the reviews I’m not even the only person to run into this SAME EXACT SITUATION as multiple others in the reviews.

Not only does the bar need to be shut down and sued, I also just recommend steering clear of ever attending...

Lion Heart on the green...Great Atmosphere had a good time but one of the bar tenders were very rude! Not customer friendly at all! My best friend & I were ordering drinks he was not customer friendly acted as if we were a bother to him! Acted as if he didn't even want to serve us! I was asking myself is he really acting like this right now? But yes he was. It was a hot day so I'm not sure if it was the heat or not. But they had their AC on and he was working inside so that couldn't have been the problem at all! Maybe he was having a bad day but that still doesn't mean be mean to the customers! I meant to get his name but I didn't. But he probably wouldn't have even told me his name the way he was acting! I remember exactly how he looks though! I didn't give him any tips either with his rude a**! I was gonna call today to talk to a manager but I wanted to at least leave a review first! I'm give it another try soon just to see if he acts like he did again! Other then that...

An oasis on Broadway in Albany. The people at Lionheart did an amazing job with this old car dealer lot. This is without a doubt the best summer bar in the downtown Albany area. The vibe in and out of the place is very relaxed and chill. The bar it self is accessible from outside and inside. And when the sun goes down management comes out and makes sure you’ve got a roaring fire going. Drinks are a little pricey, over $13 for a rum and coke is a bit much. Needless to say I switched to beer after the first round. Food is inexpensive, but very salty and filling, didn’t finish it. That being said, I can’t wait to come back.

went with work friends for a get together. It was a rainy day but looked like it would have been awesome to enjoy the outside greenery and tables and corn hole play...another time for sure. Bartender young woman was holding down the fort, even as it got busier, and she was happy, fast and efficient...I enjoyed several Modelo's on draft. Food order didn't take long at all and I had the Philly Cheesesteak with the beef option and fries with meat sauce...both of which were filling and damn tasty. Ambiance was awesome and chill and a welcome addition to the Albany area...I'm sure we'll be back sometime soon.

Bathroom had no soap, told the one staff member, he said they broke it..I mentioned I had cheese from the Philly cheese steak on my hand..He said "it's whatever man"..Told the bartender about it (and how the other staff was rude)..He looked at it, tried to help and recommended I wash my hand with water and wanted to help me with industrial cleaner spray..I told him I would wash at Nine Pin..At-least he tried to help? Cornhole was fun, environment was fun.. Food was poor. Attitude was poor.
