Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Auburn

Seriously need an allergen menu posted inside or online on the screen when ordering. I always order with almond milk and hazelnut swirl bc I have a severe dairy allergy and asked once when inside and was told there's no dairy in the hazelnut swirl. But Everytime I get it I take a few sips and have immediate long lasting reaction and have been thinking somone isn't paying attention and using real milk and not almond. Well...i finally found an allergen menu with...and don't quote me....but i believe 278 pages...not user friendly to find out that the hazelnut swirl in indeed full of dairy and not ok for me. So its a relief that someone isn't trying to poison me but frustrating the lack of transparency and education on allergens or even a section to click if you have allergens that would tell you if your selection is OK. So now I know what to order, I think. But DD needs to get up with the times and be prepared. The person I asked at the counter was like 6 months ago or so and I don't know her name but from what I saw online for how to research the allergens I dont blame her for not knowing. Its...

Been here with my daughter three times now. Always seem to have the same problem with this location. BURNT coffee it's disgusting. I said something to the employees about it the first time I went here months ago. Asking for a replacement (it was that BURNT 🤢 I'm not one to complain)Was given a attitude about it by the older women that were working. Thought Maybe it was a fluke and would give it another try. Same thing again. Nasty BURNT coffee. I didn't say anything though didn't want to have to deal with the poor customer service from the staff that was on..It has been awhile and my daughter really wanted Dunkin today . Stopped in and had some drinks made . Same nasty BURNT coffee again. I will not be back to this place. It seems to be a habitual problem with this particular location.Also I don't like wasting my money. The coffee is so BURNT tasting it's literally undrinkable. I wanna update my review as the kid that works on the weekends sat Aug 5th around 1:30pm is a very hard worker. He works alone, and gets everyone taking care of in a timely manner. He let's everyone know when he's working on there order, apologizes when he doesn't have to. He goes above, and beyond for his customers. He takes his job seriously, and shows everyone respect. Which we don't see that alot anymore in the restaurant industry. As the weedsport dunkin after the remodel the people have become very rude, and mess your order up. They don't like to listen to you, and cut you off sometimes in the drive thru. This kid needs a raise, and I believe even more than that. Maybe give him a promotion as he deserves it. Treat your workers right, and they will treat your business right. Pls do something...
