Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Batavia

I've never left a review. If I could have, I would have left the stars blank. Their "free emergency pizza" isn't at all what they say it is. You MUST leave a tip. I tip my servers very well, but making a pizza is the job, not anything extra, so you don't need a tip. I call the store to see why it won't let me get my free pizza and she says "I don't know the car side delivery side of things" Okay, can I talk to the manager who does know then, please? To which she responds "There's too much going on. They can't come to the phone." Mind you this emergency pizza is supposed to be something that's quick and easy to just order and go because something didn't go right. My son (10 months old) is sick, screaming and won't stop, and my daughter needs to eat soon (9 years old) it's a school night. Hence why I wanted the "emergency pizza" Things are hectic and I just wanted what they promise when promoting the " free emergency pizza" Advertising is not their strong suite. It's not a free emergency pizza, and the customer service is terrible. Sincerely an overwhelmed mother who is fed up with terrible customer service and never leaving the review...

The man that took my friend's order for somebody's birthday said that the wings weren't part of a deal and gave him boneless instead! I called back to find out and Danielle she's amazing instantly she said no worries they'll be ready in 10 minutes them ready for you! She really was super nice about it and was quick to make it right! I wish everybody had great customer service skills and was nice like she is so I swear I wasn't calling Domino's and Batavia anymore but because of Danielle you better believe I'll keep calling!
