T F Brown's Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Batavia

TF Browns seemingly has a good rating here on Google, but that certainly didnt apply to my recent December 2018 visit. So I go in and order mozarella sticks to start with, but 5 minutes later, I am told they are out of mozerella sticks. Instead I order potato boats, but they come out without giving any plates to eat on. Had to wait 2 mins for waitress to come nearby so we could ask for plates. Now to move to the main dissapointment, I ordered a Club on White with no tomatos. But 2 minutes later Im told they are out of white. Even better, when the club comes out there are tomatoes on it, with hardly any mayo. By the time I was checked in on, I had already eaten it. My mom decided to order a wedge salad. The menu says it comes with croutons, crumbled bleu cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. But when the salad came out, all that was to be seen on the poor plate was a hunk of leetuce with three whole bacon strips draped over it, with slices of tomatos. She had to ask for the bleu cheese, and croutons means freezer burned Texas Toast. Also, not the most attentive waitress, no refills on water....

Manager was very rude and aggressive came in for birthday wings that are suppose to be free and if you can't finish you can choose to pay to take remainder home or leave the remainder normally they allow us to tale them with an additional charge I asked and they said no so I stated that I didn't want them the manager still charged my card and then stated we didn't pay for none of our stuff which was only two drink. They snatched the wings and chased us out said their calling the police and took pictures very embarrassing after I showed them the transaction in my account he still said I wasn't being honest and called the cops. I can't believe they would treat a customer this way after we have spent lots of money at that establishment. He stated their was a pre hold put on my card but I have never had to swipe my card twice in any restaurant unless I open a tab and at that point they keep your card. The situation could have been handled way better but the manager decided to handle...

Honestly if I could rate a zero I would! I have been going to tf browns sense I was a kid. Always great food and great service. Tonight definitely was not the case. Our waitress had a full out attitude because we wanted a booth and the only one available was a big one! She made the rude statement of “K but we prefer to save that for bigger parties!” Well needles to say there was only 4 tables taken All booths. All tables were empty. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was by far the absolute worst. It tasted burnt and old! I didn’t dare say anything because in the past they don’t care anyway so what’s the point. I nibbled what I could. My dad order the burrito and also the meet tasted burnt. Definitely not fresh. They need to turn this place around and get better staff. Ones that are friendly and can cook. Also they shortened their menu and didn’t have a lot of the items on it either. Def a disgusting unpleasant experience! Not that anyone would care to clean...
