Wendy's — Restaurant in City of Batavia

Last time I ate here was before it was remodeled. Used to stop in at least once a week with wife and kids in between dropping them off at their evening activities. If anyone asks where do you want to eat quick, Wendy's is at the top of my list. I was craving it along with my family on 3/28. I almost always get the deals or use coupons which are very rare here. I walked into the empty restaurant with coupons for purchasing between $25 to $30 in food. After standing and waiting for at least 5 mins for someone to notice me. The girl at the counter started to take my order and noticed that the coupons had "expired" earlier in the month. Most all of the competitors around will take "expired" coupons, probably just to make the sale and keep your business. Mine would have covered at least two employee's wage for the next hour. Needless to say, we walked out and went to second choice on my list. It's so sad to deal with the young today who can't see the value in a customer for a few dollars. I still have Wendy's near the top of my list, the food is awesome. The management just needs to put two and two together and retain customers like myself. Seems how I did not get to eat here two evenings in a row because of the workers Sunday night we walk threw the door get to the register to order and she says we can’t be inside because it’s closed it was 950pm so we left tonight we get inside around 925pm and there are two garbage cans at register and a woman walked out of a room and proceeded to walk by us with a face that showed she was upset because we disturbed her cleaning and said we close at ten I’m like I know then she says I can’t mop with you having a service dog like this by far is the most rude team member I have yet to come by never asked us what we wanted just basically wanted us to not interfere with her getting out of work I would of brought my dog to the car and ate my salad Wendy’s can keep there food dusty workers supposably was a manager and another woman who said she was also a manager I was threatened with cops because I told her about her attitude and she smacked the counter like I was going to be threatened to leave by cops lmao don’t go here theses people are true definition of hater’s if you don’t like your job don’t work there mean rude dirty looking and I would not want them to serve me food after playing with garbage and not washing there hands grosss someone should call them out and get a new manager and...

As someone who loves fast food and eats it on a very regular basis, I can say that this was not fast food, heck it wasn’t even slow food…it was no food. Me and my bros walked in after a long day of work moving gravel for our work and we were expecting to get some nice juicy burgers to replenish ourselves. We waited at the front counter for so long and we’re so bored that we thought that KSI’s “Thick of it” song was actually good. The employees didn’t even apologize for the long wait. They just looked at us as if we were aliens from Mars. Worst of all the workers had the audacity to complain about making food. I know I shouldn’t be calling Wendy’s out like this but we were waiting for so long that even Burger King sounded good. I would’ve even eaten Mr. Beast’s under cooked, and unregulated burgers instead of starving while watching the workers try and figure out which side the cheese should be facing. I hope that Wendy’s changes their ways and does better next time. If not I would even be willing to...
