Nirchi's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Binghamton

My coworker had a paperclip baked into her pizza. She ordered a half sheet of pizza and obviously didn’t eat the whole thing the night prior so she went to eat some on her lunch break. She bit into a slice to find a paperclip baked into her pizza. She nicely called the restaurant to just let them know what happened and when she asked for some sort of compensation because she no longer felt comfortable eating the rest, she was met with immediate interrogating and was told “why didn’t you call sooner” and “I find that hard to believe” by the manager. My coworker was not being hostile whatsoever and deserved some decent customer service after this incident. All they gave her was store credit but do you think she really wants to return to this establishment after the horrible experience she had. This situation could have also been much worse, she could have swallowed it, broken a tooth, or the paperclip could have been unclipped and hurt her. I understand that mistakes happen but the way it was handled was not ok. I’m very disappointed to hear that this was the response she received and will definitely not be...

Always had an amazing experience at this location. Tonight for the first time had an extremely bad experience. After handing the delivery driver 75$ for a 65$ order. She counted the money and I walked into my house. She proceeded to talk to my mother in law as I walked inside. The delivery driver then walked to the car. Sat there for a minute or two returned and demanded that my mother in law pay more money due to it being “short a dollar”. I work in food service and tend to over tip. I know how much I handed her and she counted it in front of me. My mother in law being embarrassed gave her a very generous tip not realizing the driver had counted it in front of me and I had told her to keep the change. The driver took advantage of my friendly older mother in law. I am extremely angry over this. I will still use this location again. Although in the future I will be cautious and defensive in regard to the the drivers. And will count the money in front of them and wait until they drive away before...

I would always normally give Nirchis a 5 star rating but tonight's delivery was misinterpreted I guess. I asked for the garden salad with 2 balsamic vingerettes and 2 blue cheese dressings. I received a Ranch which I LOATHE. I also requested an additional marinara with the mozz sticks which was also forgotten as well 😭! The mozz sticks were of course the absolute best artery clogging goodness we all love and the chicken fingers are of course on point. I will ALWAYS order again because the food is fantastic though. Thank you Water St!!

EDIT I happened to be shopping across the street at Boscovs the day after and stopped in Nirchis for a foundation soda and mentioned to the cashier that the night before the crew forgot my balsamic and blue cheese and she immediately apologized and offered to give me the missing condiments. I happily ate my salad 30 minutes later. Way to go Nirchis 5 star all...
