Mac's Philly Steaks — Restaurant in City of Canandaigua

Ordered takeout today around 2pm ( 2 cheesesteak combos, 1 with fries and 1 with tater tots as a side and a 1/2 Philly plate) So a pretty straightforward order. Call the store when I get back home to let them know they didn’t give us almost half of our order and they say they will make everything that had been forgotten, okay. Drive 30 minutes back to the store and was assured everything was correct and in the bag. Drive another 30 minutes back home just to see that they have yet again given me an incorrect order. Called to inform them, and just told them I was not wasting another hour of my life to come back but to make sure they knew they had yet again messed up the order. The lady taking the orders had put everything into the system correctly according to our receipt, and was kind. It seems as if the cooks either A) Don’t care or B) Cannot read and I’m truly not sure which one it is. Make sure to double check your orders in store...

We are spending a week in the finger lakes area. Drove to Cananadiqua... Yea... However it is spelled : ) Wife wanted a Philly cheese steak. Stopped at Mac's.

Observation: the place was immaculately clean and neat

Entre: Cesar chicken wrap Price: $10 Quality: loved it. Thin pita wrap. Good balance of lettuce, dressing, and chicken. Chicken was warm... Which made it more enjoyable. Obviously did not come directly from the cold storage

Ambiance:. Simple dinner with booths. Comfortable seating. Again... Super clean and neat

My wife enjoyed the Philly cheesecake sandwich. She is a Coke lover, so the Pepsi fountain did not fly. She had water.
