Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Cortland

Coffee: okay. Chocolate chip muffin: partially raw in middle. Ordering process: confusing.

Orders were all done via TouchPad kiosk (no other option). When I finished my order, it told me to look for my name on the finished order screen, and collect my order from the pick-up counter. Well, there WAS no finished order screen, and no pick-up counter. So I asked an employee who was making coffee where I should stand to pick up my order, and she rolled her eyes and said "if you just put it in, I haven't started making it yet". Shortly thereafter, with no niceties, she handed me the coffee. Then I waited for a few more minutes before another employee came out and asked the people before me in line what they were waiting for (a donut). I took the opportunity to ask for my muffin. Got a chai tea latte yesterday. Tasted like maple syrup. Staff are rude. Fire the Staff and down their pay. Should not get paid 15-16 an hour when they can’t simply make a drink. As a nurse I didn’t have the time to turn around and complain about my purchase. I’m so tired of going there and my drinks are so gross that I cannot drink it. A couple weeks ago I got a dunkachino and it was so watered down. I don’t usually do reviews but DO NOT go here! Go to Starbucks. It’s worth the extra money. At least you know your drink will be right. I hope Dunkin looks into their staff and replaces them with competent people. Also, I pulled up 5 minutes before closing and they yelled out to me that they were closed. No I have 5 minutes. They closed and cleaned up early. So they didn’t have to stay the extra half hour that why...

Every other time I go to this DD they always seem to mess something up on what I ordered and it the same thing each time ( large ice coffee 6 cream and 6 caramel swirl and a large hot coffee 6 cream and 6 splenda ) sometime they forget to stir the coffee, other times not enough creamer.... Well this morning the female (Holly) working at the window was rude, order was $9.13 went to hand her $20.13 and she took the $20 cashed us out paid no mind that we were trying to hand her the change, then when I got home and there was just creamer in the ice coffee and not enough splenda in the hot coffee... I called to talk to a manager about it and got told there isn't one on duty.... I will be call again to speak to a manager later today and I will no longer be going to that DD I will drive across town to Tompkins...
