Char Burrito Bar — Restaurant in City of Geneva

This is a local place my boyfriend and I go to often. I was sad to hear from my boyfriend when he went to go pick up food for the both of us that it wasn’t as great as always. There were a few rude customers waiting in like while he was getting our food and completely avoided personal boundaries when trying to order the food by practically laying their arm on top of his to point to something while they were ordering ect. Besides the frustration of the customers we both came home to both our meals being made incorrectly. Im not sure if they were distracted by the customers in line after my boyfriend but that shouldn’t come at the cost of BOTH our food being wrong especially having to repeat what is in the order step by step...

I have been SO excited to finally try some good steak burrito, because that's what I imagined everyday I walk past here at lunchtime. Always smelled AMAZING! BOMB smelling Mexican food! That aroma alone is what I'd have to say, made me crave one of their burritos, honestly. So I finally go, show up about a half hour before they close, and place was in full bloom still. Customers coming and going. Pickups, were cashed out, in and out very quickly, while new customers, like myself, were happily served by a very cheerful and polite employee. "How about Char for lunch?" Sold! I have never walked away from this establishment unhappy. Their food is always fresh, seasoned well, and you definitely get your money's worth. The service is fast, assembly line style, and all of the people working are always cool and polite. This seems to be one of the only places I can think of lately that doesn't seem short-staffed, at least not during the weekday lunch rush. I've been happy with their burritos and tacos, but the rice bowl is what has my heart, and for under $15 (depending on toppings) the bowl feeds me for two meals.
