This place is absolutely terrible. I've had nothing but issues in the last year or so with them. Tonight, I ordered food. Over an hour and a half later, I didn't see any food, no status update on the app, no call from the restaurant. I decided to call the restaurant where I was on hold for about 20 minutes before someone finally picked up. She told me my food will be at least another hour. She told me I could come pick it up if I would like and she would have it sooner. The whole point of ordering delivery is so I wouldn't have to pick it up as I've been on my feet all day. I get you are short-staffed and running behind, but the least you can do is call your customer and let them know it's going to be late and pick up your phone. While I was in the store waiting for my food, the phone continue to ring with nobody even looking at it. She supposedly refunded my delivery charge and tip (we'll see).
Another customer walked in before I left and had the same exact issue. Ordered food a long time ago, never received it, no status update, nothing. Very unprofessional.
This is not the first time I've had problems with this location. It seems like every time I order from there, they get worse. And they never answer their phone. I'm done. Congratulations on losing a customer of many years.

Read moreEdit 3: In case anyone was counting, pizza finally arrived after 6 hours. If you can't fulfil orders, please do not accept excessive orders. If I had known I would have to stay up until 1 am to get a pizza I ordered at 7, I would have gone literally anywhere else. Oh also, of course it arrived cold. We will never order from here again.
Edit 2: officially at the 4 hour mark. Slider was moved to quality check but has been there for 30 minutes. I live closer than 30 minutes to this store location. I expect a full refund as I have had to get dinner elsewhere.
Edit: 2.5 hours in. Unacceptable. Still in prep. If you're not open, do not take my money. If you cannot fulfil my order, do not take my money. If you do not intend to provide me with food I ordered and you confirmed, do not take my money. No business and no other domino's I've ever been to operates like this.

Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, I ordered one medium pizza and one Alfredo cheese pasta. I paid for both, but the guy only gave me the pizza. When I showed him the receipt, I explained that I had ordered two items — the pizza and the Alfredo.
When I opened the pizza, I found pepperoni and sausage, even though I had clearly told the person taking my order that I don’t eat any kind of pork — I only wanted cheese and mushrooms. I stayed calm and asked them to remake it, but when I finally got the new pizza, it was very dry and tasted bad — like tomato sauce on bread with a little bit of cheese.
The Alfredo pasta was also disappointing. It had no chicken or mushrooms, just plain pasta with no flavor. I waited more than an hour for everything, and by that time, I just wanted to leave. The food was so bad that I threw away half of it.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The place didn’t look clean, and the staff weren’t wearing gloves — they were touching food with their bare hands, even people who weren’t cooking.
