Edible Arrangements — Local services in City of Glen Cove

This store is either under staffed and or incapable of basic customer service. I ordered an arrangement during the Christmas Holidays with plenty of notice. Because the recipient was out of state the order was passed to another location. The order was confirmed but not delivered. There was no notification nor follow up. I called the recipient to inquire about receipt only to find out that there wasn't any delivery. Needless to say the surprise element was ruined as well as the experience. I thought to give this store another chance with a local order figuring this could not happen twice only to be disappointed again. I blame myself, but in fairness I asked if they were sure a Valentine order locally would be delivered on time because if not I could easily make other arrangements to make sure my Mom received her Valentine's gift to brighten her day. As I am writing this review I am on a ridiculous hold time with the same store on February 15th to get my money refunded for another order not delivered. Again, the only way I found out was by calling my Mom to ask her how she enjoyed her fruit only to hear "what fruit"? BTW I'm still on hold. I will never use this Edible Store...

Disappointing Experience - Buyer Beware!

I recently ordered an edible arrangement for a special occasion, and I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. Not only did they fail to deliver my item on the promised date, instead I was delivered an order from Panera bread but when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with unprofessionalism from the store owner.

Despite multiple attempts to get a refund or at least an explanation, I was refused any compensation for their mistake. It’s frustrating to deal with a business that doesn’t take accountability for their errors.

I would caution anyone considering ordering from this store to think twice. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I would not recommend them based on their lack of customer service and professionalism.

Ordered a delivery for Valentine's Day to arrive between 3-5pm. Ordered fruit, bear, balloons, flowers for a lot of money. To start Delivery did not arrive til 8:15 at night left by garage door . Upon arriving home the delivery person only left a crushed box of strawberries everything else was missing. Went into the store this AM to explain and all the owner was concerned about was how she was now also out of the money and didn't understand why I was so upset and how I should also see her side of it. She was unapologetic and offered nothing initially to try to make it right. I did after arguing receive a refund but she is a horrible person with horrible business skills. Will NEVER go there again. Order from edible arrangements but NOT the GLEN...
