Wendy's — Restaurant in City of Glen Cove

Oh my, time and distance brings changes to Wendy's in Glen Cove. All good. Come and see is what thenodern renovation dining room says without words. Is this Wendy's. Love the renovations. Now, what about the food and service. Marquis and staff are ready in a big way. Place is consistently spotless. Not a crumb on the tables despite the people and the traffic. Drivr thru still not as quick as it could be. Hey , always room for improvement somewhere. Food served inside in a timely manner and accurate and finally fries are hot. Yes, finally Marquis has everyone more on their A game. Speaking in the language of treating staff with respect, kindness and laughter is what I observed consistently. Way to go Wendy's Glen Cove. Staff happy, customers happy. Food will make customers happy and to that they have nailed it!!! Also, new shakes, chocolate/swirl and strawberry/vanilla swirl I have tried them both. Run get one. I can say wendys always delivers the burger and taste I want when I crave a wendys burger so wont penalize there same with the nuggets however..... nuggets I eat with sauce and I specifically asked for my sauces, parked to enjoy my burger and nuggets. As I took the burger and fries and nuggets and usually after I take my sauces out as well so I can have them opened to dip whatever I want in them to have a splendor of different sauce tastes; but with disbelief and disappointment and I thoroughly searched, I had no sauces so I had to eat my meal sauceless and dry. The young man at the counter at this Wendy's was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a marked improvement from people we've experienced in the past. He made it a pleasure to order and stay in to eat, however, it is always freezing in the seating area. Is there some reason to keep it so cold? So we don't linger and buy more food maybe? Does the management want everyone to eat while wearing their coats? They're open till 2am or something so why rush us out?
