1st I have to say the food is decent. The customer service, which I have worked in for over 18 years, is terrible. This may be the worst experience I have had. I ordered one night this week for delivery. Their website does not have an apt # box, and I had forgotten to put the apt # in a notes section. I have apologized for my actions. I ordered 75 $ of food and fell asleep. The restaurant tried calling, but as I explained in person and over the phone, I get up at 3 am, every morning and had even told my son that food was coming. Unfortunately, it was not delivered bc they could not get an apt #, I go in and ask for a refund and leave contact information. I get a call, I will not give names, and I am told that they will deliver my 2 day old food but will not issue a refund. I ask if I can have a store credit. No. You cannot. I ask for fresh food, bc a part of my order was a salad. I am still told no refund, just 2 day old food that if I had in fridge would have been thrown away.
The customer service here needs something and leaves sooooo much room for improvement. While I understand that you lost money making the food, a store credit, bc we order from here often, would have been perfect. I will not be ordering from here...

However, on August 15th 2024 at 9:15pm we were serviced by a younger women with a hickey on her neck. We bought almost $60 something in food. I ordered a grilled buffalo chicken garden salad and a half dozen of dried rub wings. I always order this, the staff knows this is my usualš¤·āāļøš¤·āāļø. When I received my food it was incorrect. I asked for my Buffalo chicken sauce, that I asked for original on my phone order. The service lady proceeded to give me and my fiancĆ© aggressive attitude. Then called me a liar and to pay extra for the sauce and pay for the extra food I didnāt order. She continued to get mouthy with me.š I donāt want to pay extra for something I didnāt order and did order? To call me a liar was extremely distasteful to a regular, high paying customer. I have never been so disrespected. š„ŗ Very disappointed about this and highly upset. This will be going on social media. To treat customers, especially regulars, so horrible is just not good...

Walked in, ordered a pizza, no greetings, and asked a pizza and a coke, she is looking at me and rudely saying: what is a coke? And I grabbed the pepsi because there was no coca cola, and she replies: ITS A PEPSI in a rude tone
I said anyways, then while eating I asked for a napkin she didnāt say a word with a rude face gave a napkin,
I said maybe its her character or something, but to other customers she greeted and said if anything call me and etc
If you are a waiter do your job properly, you are a face of the restaurant.
Learn basic communication skills.
Idk what to call it, maybe I look like a criminal or something, just give me the reason of being rude for no reason Or selective? If I donāt look āwhite americanā do I will be treated differently?
