I purchased a bottle of cologne from Kasuri in the beginning of September. They required a signature from the post office. I was not home and did not receive the package. I did everything I could to retrieve it from the post office but it never arrived. I contacted Kasuri multiple times with only a vague response from them. I had to file a dispute with my bank and I am still awaiting a result. As of this date, I do not have the cologne and they have my $102. The worst Customer service I have ever experienced with online shopping....
