The mushroom garlic sauce is much more savory but not too overwhelming. The sweet soy sauce is sweeter, similar to the style at dim sum places. The rest were like actual authentic Chinese food (that you probably will need an acquired taste for) so unless you feel adventurous this isn’t your typical Chinese fare.
