BevMo! — Restaurant in City of Industry

I visited BevMo! In the north east corner of city of industry, to purchase a six pack of Sapporo, this establishment is well stocked with different products but mainly its alcohol, Beer ,Wine ,beverages and liquor. They have high end liquor all the way down to the basic liquor. They also have cigars. The prices are the lowest you’ll find and if not they’ll match. The customer service is great I was greeted at the door and that’s always a good thing. Adam one of the employees was really helpful, courteous and friendly as well as the other employees. I would give 5 stars if it were not for the upper BevMo management. I am a club member and get 5% discount coupon in the mail which they will not allow me to use with a price match against their local competitor. It is one or the other. They should beat the competition and reward you for being a member as well. For as often as I shop there it seems a smart move.

Aside from that the team here at this store are very kind and helpful and are alwyas cheerful and willing to speed up my price matching etc for me. The store manager is very nice and personable as well.

I am no a beer guy so I can't comment on stock. But the Liquor is...

I called around noon and asked one of the store staff members to hold a bottle until end of day since I don't get out of work until 6 PM. The staff member was very helpful and told me to stop by before 9 PM. However, when I showed up, another staff member told me that they could only hold the bottle up to two hours and my bottle was sold to another customer. I would've saved an hour to get there and another hour driving back if I was informed and/or a call to...
