McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Industry

I had coming to this McDonald's a fewer times, and today I stop by this McDonald's on Colima & Asuza, and I order a happy meal for my little girl and I want 2 for $3 which I have a choice Mcdouble sandwich & filet fish sandwich for $3, and the young Asian girl said None she doesn't have that, and she sells me two small hamburgers for $1.29 each and I wants two hamburgers, so I paid for two, and last I want large Coke soda too, and the total is $8.06, and I paid, and I sit down on the table waiting for my foods, and I turn around my shoulder and I saw 2 for $3 Mcdouble & filet fish sandwiches pictures on their outside window, and I went back and show the cashier Asian girl 2 for $3 on outside window picture display, and the girl said to me, I can order another orders again, and my little girl happy meal order come with a small soda and the Asian cashier young girl doesn't want to give it to me and I already paid for it happy meal with a small soda, I was so mad at the Asian cashier young girl and me and my little daughter get the hell out of there, the Asian young girl was rude when she took my order, I will never return to this McDonald's on Colima & Gale again, I give this zero star, not even one star, No Services...

Really bad service today. So after placing my order on the app 20 mins before they stop serving breakfast, which is already charged to my account, I get to the drive thru to pick it up and they girl in a very rude way tells me she can’t pull the order out because breakfast is over. Like my order was placed before and paid for, shouldn’t it be ready? Then she pulls it out and tells me next time I have to be in line before 10:30 when I was already in line and literally at 10:31 she tells me to hold on when I get to the speaker. The app doesn’t give you a warning that you have to be there before 10:30 to pick up an order that you already paid for. The girl at the window that hand me my order didn’t even say a word and looked bothered to serve my breakfast after 10:30. Like you serious??? Anyways I’m going somewhere else next time. I was a regular customer here, but now another place can get my money and...

This location is horrid. The manager flat-out lied to me — I stopped by to use the restroom while my brother ordered food, and instead of simply giving me the code, she claimed they only had two employees working. I work in the food industry, so I know what that looks like. After using the restroom, I clearly saw more than two employees on duty.

Other visits have been just as bad: orders are constantly wrong or handed to the wrong people, and the speed of service is slower than a turtle in winter. On top of that, the food is more often than not served ice cold. One time I was even told to use the kiosk after waiting far too long for a cashier to appear.

The staff here show little professionalism or respect, and the customer service is awful. Unless you want to be ignored, lied to, served cold food, and treated poorly, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. I’m done giving this...
