Dear target, I have always hated going to this store because the employees are extremely rude & unhelpful, regardless of my bad experiences I always go to this store as is the clone closes to me, just two days ago I was there and I needed help looking for some workout leggings and when I ask for help to a chatty group of 3 employees they game a smirky attitude and made faces when I turned around, but today for the first time in 4 years I enjoyed my target trip thank to a wonderful and amazing employee called SAVANNA, she helped me and my two daughters I the sweetest most gentlest way and I want to give her a million thank you for that! I'm bipolar, and regularly avoid shopping at busy hours because I get extremely anxious, but I was there today at 5:30 or so, savanna was at customers service where I had to go return a sports bra I had gotten in the wrong size, but I had a full cart with me as well! I asked her if she could help me or if I had to go make a regular line, to what she replied with a smile yes of course! Ppl started lining up behind me and I started getting anxious, sweaty and I was honestly about to just leave everything there because I feared I was getting an anxiety attack, but dear savanna, not knowing of my condition but saw me nervous showed me the kindness customer service I have ever seen! She told me it was ok, to not pay attention to other ppl! She kept calming me down while helping me and she was just soo amazing I have to tell her, Thank You soo much for being so kind thank you! I will forever cherish this peaceful act of kindness towards a stranger! You do an amazing job...
Read moreI’m currently in the target located on Colima Rd in Rowland Heights. I attempted to purchase this deal shown in the pictures below (purchase 3 gold bond products and get a $5 giftcard) the sign in the store as attached is right in front of the item I attempted to purchase. With the Holliday approaching I figured this was a good deal to buy for the baskets I make for 20 staff I supervise in our healthcare setting that are constantly washing their hands especially with the pandemic.
First they had 4 different people come “help me” and then took over 30 minutes to give me the deal they have advertised telling me they can’t do it. It’s only for 1 deal per customer (which the sign clearly doesn’t not say). I purchase from target numerous times a week. Not only is that a lie but as a loyal customers who spends hundreds of dollars at target MONTHLY it’s sad to have such terrible service and be further exposed to covid waiting to talk to numerous staff who do not want to honor what they posted. False advertisement and I am leaving. Terrible experience. Very disappointed to have to find a new store for my basic...
Read moreI ordered an iPhone 11pro case on line to pick up at the store. I received a notification that my order was ready to get pick up. I picked up my order and drive home. At home I attempt to put the case on my phone to find it does not fit and realize that the box says this case is an IPhone 11 not an 11pro. I had to drive back to the store to return the case and was told they were out of stock. Not only did they pull the wrong case for my order but they tell me that they are not going to credit my red card and they have to give me a gift card. I was so upset. The return should have been credited to my red card. To make things worse the employee then tells me I could use the gift card that was issued to buy the case on line which means that I will not be able to get my red card discount if I use the gift card.
