Starbucks — Restaurant in City of Industry

This is the worst Starbucks service I been to. The barista with tatto her name started with an “A”. When I asked her for a cup of ice water she will not acknowledge me and I have to ask her few time, she left the water on the side without telling me and after a while she told me that my water. WTH!!! Not even a smile on her face. I been a customer for years and I spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks every years. I am a daily and loyal customer. Please upper management send your employee and the store manager for training this is not very acceptable service from your company. I am a business owner as well and I know how important is customer service. My daily Starbucks I go to is the one on Gale and Hacienda, there service is first class. BTW when I was there the store wasn’t busy at all. If it was busy than I will understand if she didn’t hear me. I hope this review...

I am a loyal Starbucks customer and have been enjoying your products for 20 years. Recently, I had an unpleasant experience at your [location] store.

On [date and time], I ordered a Frappuccino. When I asked the staff if it contained sugar, I was informed that Frappuccinos do not have sugar. This was very confusing to me since Frappuccinos typically contain sugar. Does this mean that the Frappuccinos I've been drinking for 20 years were made incorrectly? Additionally, when I mentioned that the coffee was too strong and asked to add milk, my request was denied.

I am very disappointed with this unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. I hope your company will take this matter seriously and provide appropriate training to your staff to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

I’m heart broken. This has been my favorite store for years. They’re THE best at making new drinks like the brown sugar shaken expresó(when it was new) today, however, I told the barista at the drive through, I wanted no whip cream and she said, “you said you wanted whip cream” I asked for a non-dairy drink, I never get whip with that. I saw them scraping the whip cream and shaking the cup 🤦🏻‍♀️ I was gonna say don’t give me that but I saw her going to the other side(where I couldn’t see) and she came back got a fresh cup and said they made me a new drink. I froze! I didn’t argue and left with the drink just to throw it away. I can’t believe it! How can I trust...
