Overall. 3.75 Star. Flavor overall is decent, but the lunch crepe looks more appetizing than it tastes. The quality of the ingredients can use a little improvement to make it taste as appetizing as it appears to be. Pricing. 4 Star. Lunch combo special pricing during 11 am to 4 pm is a value deal if you’re feeling like giving this place a try. You get a crepe and a drink (mango tea, Thai tea or jasmine tea) for slightly less than a single crepe at their regular prices during all other hours, at a savings of $3-$4. In terms of tastes to value, it’s best to see if you like this place during their lunch special hours. Angus short ribs crepe - crunchy raw bell peppers and string beans with soft and tender short ribs. Overall flavor is ‘okay’, but it did not exceed my expectations. I was expecting better quality beef and better tasting crepe. Chicken Teriyaki crepe - raw spinach, raw onion, corn, sliced boiled eggs, and chicken. The spinach is crunchy but tastes fresh out of bulk volume container and tastes unwashed. Corn tastes fresh out of the can. The raw onion is really strong and crunchy. The overall combination of flavor is ‘okay’. Kids didn’t complain too much and ate it. Of course, removed the onion. Thai Tea - flavor is all there. Apparently made with fresh tea since we have some tea residues at the bottom of the cup. Sip from the top of the cup rather than via a straw if you don’t want to chew on tea leaf. But we liked the flavor. Crepe itself - I like crispier crepes. Perhaps it was made too soft. The crepe is the bulk of what’s being consumed. Since the quality of the crepe and other ingredients used did not blow me away, I’m unable to give the highest mark.

I visited this location once before the pandemic and was so happy to learn this week that it's still open. While I didn't remember the name of the place at first, I remembered the crepes and knew I had to go back! They're just as good as I remember. My one minor complaint is there only being self service on two large touch screens. From what I remember, they were mounted, so this seems to be a permanent practice. This may not be an issue to everyone; I just prefer to speak to someone in a food service setting because I will sometimes want to ask for recommendations. I have no complaints about the food itself. (Be warned that crepes with gelato are inevitably messy.) I tried a creme brulee crepe with strawberry slices and matcha gelato inside which was AMAZING!!! Perfectly crisped on the top, strawberries were fresh and flavorful, the gelato meshed perfectly, and the crepe breading itself was a perfect thickness that was easy to bite but kept everything together. I was wonderfully surprised to see that their crepe batter is gluten free, so now I have a new place to recommend to a few people I know. My friends and I all had our own crepes and we agreed a full crepe was very filling for one person, but all of us probably would have refused to share it even if we were over stuffed. It was just too good. Will definitely be coming back again whenever I'm in the area.

After dinner, we stopped at T-Swirl Crepe for a bit of dessert. As you walk in, you're immediately hit with the sweet smell of crepes. The place is small, but not cramped. The decor was fine, however the Christmas tree is a bit out of place. There are two kiosks you order and pay from, and the only interaction you'll have with any of the staff is when the call out your number for pickup. That personal touch is completely missing and the whole experience seems robotic, but maybe that's what they were going for? The crepes here a cooked and served slightly crispy. They are used to hold various types of toppings such as cream and strawberries or lettuce and bacon. I ordered a plain crepe with sugar and cinnamon, and while tasty, I felt like I was eating a slightly chewy waffle cone and not a crepe. My friends let me try the creme brulee and Nutella & strawberry they ordered and both were good. If your looking for that traditional soft and fluffy crepe, this place may not fit the bill, otherwise you won't go wrong.
