so upsetting that i have to rate this place a 2. Its been my favorite boba store in city of industry and i loved going for my sweet treats, but recently ive had such horrible experiences! The girl manager (I believe her name is Alyssa) has this rude attitude whenever i walk in and I donāt know if itās because of me or she just is that way. It could be because they are always getting my drink orders wrong and I choose to speak on it, but that should not be a problem! I am paying one hour of work ($18) for two drinks, I should be able to enjoy it. I feel bad telling them something is wrong, because i understand they are working hard, but the past couple times i have received my drinks, theyāve tasted fermented!š I know this is not how the original drinks are supposed to taste because ive ordered the same drink countless of times and its tasted yum. Most of the other workers are incredibly sweet even when there has been a mistake. Going to try a different location, hopefully it lives up to what this one couldāve been if it had better customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI posted something about my experience at this location in which, I experienced having to wait more than five minutes in a completely empty business while the two Asian boys that were working pretended to act like they were too busy to help me. Neither one even said anything as I walked in or when I came to the counter. And then, when an Asian couple came in, one of the boys immediately served that couple and didnāt even acknowledge me.
So I walked out and will never come back. I posted something about this a few weeks back and it looks like my review has been erased just goes to show how shady this place really is .

Unfortunately, more than halfway through my sister having the watermelon heaven, she found a metal shard in her beverage. Itās disappointing that we reached out to customer service by email and the response was to refund us our drink. Just one drink. Given that this is a huge safety and health concern, it would be nice to have a response that is more proportional to the unfortunate situation at hand.
