Dandy — Restaurant in City of Ithaca

Terrible Simply terrible service. From the young man that tried to snatch my coffee out my hand. I am a senior. I requested the manager "right now"(WHO was the youngmans girlfriend). She did come and started waiting on another customer, omg, and THEN THE YOUNGMAN began to be disrespectful towards me. UNBELIEVABLE. now after being flirted with and overcharged by the same person AND paid for undone breakfast sandwiches after waiting 20 minutes... and getting sick from fries from there. I AM DONE. Heartbroken and disrespected 💔 that's not even half of it. It's just sad HOW they are going through BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BEHAVIOR and employees AS and convenience to the west side of Ithaca. What man play in his hair at the register AND WHY they don't they cover their long hair when cooking? Or clean their hands when filling the coffee machine in front of customers MIXING COFFE BEANS and say people will never know 😒. Empty cans outside in front of the store .. people standing outside smoking then come in handling your fresh food for people eat..

The new manager made my day yesterday. The moment I walked through the door, she greeted me with a huge smile on her face. I really needed that today, really. She brought hope back in to my day. She listened to my troubles and genuinely cared. She didn't know me and still took the time to comfort me and show a little empathy. Her actions reminded me that there really ARE good people out there. She even hugged me. She was what this store has needed for a long time. Great job on this one. I hope you all know what an asset she is. I wish to thank her for making my day...

I've never herd of another person who works in customer service condensed another person who works in customer service 4 what they do to pay the bills then to nor even put any honey mustard on a sandwich that they ordered purposely. Now I know why this place is trash. Well as a full time driver who gets gas coffee every day. They just lost over $1000 a month in business from me.
