$20 fees on top of a $39.99 ticket is INSANE! that’s 34% of the ticket price face value. Tell me how anyone is okay paying this!? $14 for some miscellaneous fees that are not mentioned or itemized on checkout and then a $5 order protection FEE!? that you can’t elect to choose or not? NY is the worst for fees. I planned on driving 3.5 hours from Pennsylvania. lol so not to mention the outrageous tolls from NY but now these outrageous ticket fees. This is insane ppl. Something’s gotta change. I can see $10 in fees max. But $20!? Come on now. Highway robbery… (and to the ppl leaving negative reviews cause nahkos coming, grow up you children!! You’re gonna blast a venue cause they book an artist? So immature. Ppl have the right to support artists if they’d like.) I just think the fees are atrocious. Also there is NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER AT ALL!

It's a cool venue with a decent setup for shows and talent for a small bar. Also, they have an outside deck area on the water next to docks on the lake. Tap selections very small. Bar doesn't seem that clean overall. Every table I've sat at has had a strong wobble to it. There are no real food options, and it's not the type of place to order a cocktail either. It's vibe gives mostly a cheap entry spot for decent local talent or organizations.

Cool spot. I believe it's still trying to find it's place here in Ithaca. Meaning who the crowd is for but I have to say I like the stage and the sound 💗 It has a Nice vibe for bands and parties and events. The food was good as well. I was there to perform for the Bob Marley's Tribute fundraiser for New Roots. I had a great time and I believe others did too.

Amazing show, cute venue, our first visit. Bought 7 tickets for the Almost Dead show. Music was amazing. The male bartender was the rudest, most arrogant bartender I've ever come across in my life and I'm not young. He was the only one there early on. I think it is disgraceful and sexist that the female bartender must share her tips with this self-centered, excuse for someone working in customer service. Please let her keep her own tips, why punish her and make her carry him all night. He really put a damper on our evening before the show even began. Will have to really think about if we'll return. He was downright insulting. The other staff was very personable and...

5 stars for the music setup, acts they book, and lovely waterside deck, which are compelling but really the only reasons to come here. One star removed from the otherwise 5-star rating for these features only because their covers are a little out of control, given the other downsides. It's not a great place to just hang out and have drinks with friends: scant, uncomfortable seating, lousy, overpriced beer & alcohol selection, inexperienced or maybe just bad bartenders, and if you're coming for a more well-attended event (popular band or holiday like NYE), maybe consider wearing adult diapers because at least one of the bathrooms will become NFG...
