So here's an update......I just went to get breakfast and ordered two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles and they were covered with hair. I drove back and returned them and they made new ones which looked fine when at the store but once out in the sun you could see they also had hair on them. After taking a few bites I'm a very angry consumer. I'm done with McDonald's on Albany Ave. ........Three months prior I find my order is wrong. I'm starting to hate going to this store because I'm never sure if I'm going to get the food I order and if I do get the food I order I'm not sure that it will be good. There have been times when my fries are not cooked and they are all squishy or I've found that they have taken the old fries and recooked them. I don't know if the crew believes that people cannot tell what they are doing or if they just don't care but when I spend money to buy food I should be getting what I pay for. I know how the service industry is and it's sad that the servers of the industry think it's ok to serve sub-par food and then get mad when anyone complains. Like you should just deal with it and spend your hard earned money and then tip them on top of it. It's reallyrdisappointing to get home and find that your order isn't right, I don't want to drive back and now I'm stuck with twenty dollars worth of food that isn't what I ordered. I ordered and paid for extra cookies in my McFlurry and I got less than what I normally would have gotten had I not ordered extra. What kind of sense does that make? Is it some kind of sick joke? The service crew thinks it's funny to give you the exact opposite of what you asked for. Or maybe my six year old daughter called it correctly when she said they are lazy or she also said maybe they don't get it mom maybe they don't understand cuz maybe they are stupid. I don't know what is wrong with the McDonald's at 555 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY but I would like it if they would stop getting my orders wrong because I'm ready to stop going there. I really like McDonald's for the most part but I'm starting to get turned off. If I cannot trust that I will get the same food every time I order it then what is the point of ordering from the same place? I mean when you go to the same restaurant you expect to get the same taste you did the previous times that is why you continue to go to the same place but if you can't trust that McDonald's fries are going to taste like McDonald's fries then might as well go to Wendy's or...
Read moreI don't remember going here. Perhaps I experienced a blanking out episode, or was briefly possessed by some otherworldly (dare I say demonic?) creature, or hypnotized by some fancy new hypnotic brain-ray or mind control device, which, if true, I suspect McDonalds erected to brainwash people like me, who never go to McDonald's and never would unless sheer desperation gripped our terrified minds with the promise of starvation, into going there. I hope the food was good. Dear God let it have been good. Perhaps my possessed or hypnotized body just purchased a small fries, which I think I can deal emotionally with having eaten without my knowledge. I think. So I'll just pretend it was fries. Oh God let it have just been fries. And maybe a...
Read moreAs I know this is not really a reflection on the actual restaurant they can't help what their corporate office is put in place. But does the sandwiches that I received look like the sandwich from the picture not even close. This is what the land air and sea sandwich actually looks lit looks like from McDonald's it is 3 separate sandwiches that you pay $17 for and they expect you to put it together yourself when you get at home or bet there yet in your vehicle with a nice interior. That's exactly a sandwich I want to eat on the go not really. Highly do not recommend this sandwich it is complete and 100% false advertisement. And ridiculous to pay that amount of money for a sandwich that you have to...
