Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in City of Lockport

I ordered 2 pizzas and 20 boneless wings. The young man on the phone told me they didn't sell 20, only 10, 30 and 50. I thought he was kidding, but he told me I'd have to order 2 10s and pay the higher price. What? When I asked for a manager she said only traditional wings are "in the system" for a qty of 20. I explained it says right on your menu traditional or boneless wings 20 = 18.99. She finally discounted my order but both employees argued with me. At pickup, I showed them a menu they had sitting on the counter, that clearly states 20 boneless, they still argued with me and muttered a "whatever" and walked away. I don't know if this is a flaw in "the system" or deceptive advertising. I always order 20 boneless. So, It's fair to assume I've been overcharged for years! After the treatment I had tonight, I'll think twice before ordering from Mark's again. The pizza was fair, the "manager" was a teenager with attitude. Been ordering from them a while now, I usually pick the pizza up my self, it's usually very good. Today we decided to have it delivered, let's just say that the pizza we ordered wasn't like the others we usually order. So 1, either the store made a mistake, which is understandable or 2, they didn't make a mistake and thats kinda scary that what we ordered didn't arrive like we usually get. My suggestion to the store is put a sticker on the pizza box like other restaurants do for the protection of their customer, the delivery guy and the store, because if the store made a mistake, than the delivery guy might get blamed for something he didn't do, or vice versa.... I wont be ordering delivery ever again since the store told me they didnt make a mistake..... this was supposed to be a triple(3) cup char pizza, one half don't...

Went twice. The second time was because I thought the first time was an off day. The pizza is so bland and flavorless. Little Ceasars pizza has more flavor and Little Ceasars is garbage. I was a little upset. Overpriced and UNDERFLAVORED. The pizza was all dough. I mean, can you spare it? How about a normal amount of toppings so we csn feel the cheese, sauce, and pep? I really, really can't stand a bready pizza. It was 85% bread. People who like pizza want cheese and other toppings. Not a mouthful of dough. I feel like I paid $12 for triangular breadsticks. At least my dough was cooked the 2nd time around. I wouldn't recommend if you're going for pizza. I hadn't had anything else and I won't. A loaf of s bread for 99 cents would have been cheaper.
