Unfortunately I had to click at least one star in order for me to leave a review. We went to the Wendy's on Dolson Avenue in Middletown NY and it was the worst experience ever. After spending approximately 20-25 minutes waiting to approach the pickup window (and that doesn't include the 10 minutes just to place the order). After we received our order, checked to make sure it was correct, only then is when I tried speaking to one of the employees and she could say NOTHING but, "I see and have a good night!" I finally said that I will be reaching out to the Manager because something needs to be done to fix this problem because we have never went through the drive thru quickly even during the day when there is no line. I also mentioned to the employee if they realized how many cars left the line because they were tired of waiting and she said, "yes I did"and it's not like when you place the order that they make it right then and there...so PLEASE help me understand what is going on with this particular Wendy's and I would like to receive a response so that we can discuss this further.    Read moreNot at all accommodating. It is fri-yay and I meant to order two large French fries but got two small ones by accident because I was rushing which is my own mistake. However, the cashier wouldn't let me pay the difference to make it a large/buy one get one and wouldn't let me get another small French fry or something for free (Fri-yay= FREE ANY size fry) but she kept telling me she didn't have the technology to adjust the price or ring it in... smh... It really isn't a big deal when they waste food left and right.. Customer service has really gone down the tubes.    Read moreI spent the evening running deliveries and decided to get dinner at 1:35am. There was one person ordering then it was my turn. They took my order and I waited patiently to get my food. I finally, after a 25 minute wait, get to the window and they refused to give me the food I ordered! I told them that they took my order and I had been waiting all of that time then the girl tells me that the fryer malfunctioned which I knew was a lie! How do you treat a customer like that???
