**I REPORTED THIS RESTAURANT TO THE ABOVE OFFICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE. AND THE LADY ON THE PHONE HAD VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!! My order posed a potential food safety risk:

*Which item caused this issue?: The chicken in the soup was spoiled The half chicken was hard as a rock not edible

*Please describe the food safety issue in detail. : The issue with the soup is, the chicken in the soup it was spoiled. If I ate that I would've gotten food poisoning. When I lifted the container you smell bad chicken foul odor. (Look at picture, see the discoloration on the chicken also). The half chicken hard as. All of the chicken was unedible to eat. I could joke or break my tooth on it, if I tried to eat it. (Look closely at it HARD AS ROCK) The pepper steak was no good, sour smell and the juices were very slimey!!!!!!!

Don’t believe the hype with the reviews. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but they treat you hot and cold. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes the food is bad but I will never order from them again due the fact I order from the same place I’ve been ordering for years, and she has the nerve to tell I have the wrong number and guaranteed a hundred percent that I got the wrong restaurant. Are you kidding me?I live literally a few blocks away and they always come to and ask why I haven’t ordered for so long just to randomly tell me they don’t deliver to my location and not even look it up, I don’t know if they have a new receptionist but she’s crazy. Absolute delicious Chinese food this place is so good my food came really really well done nice and spicy delicious and also the driver that came he said he like my handle on Google and I hope he checks out my music and also everything came perfect the only problem is it didn't come with any hot sauce that was my only issue but everything else was perfect thank you for making me believe and enjoy my food I will definitely order from you guys...
