McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Mount Vernon

I chose to have my son's bday party here because I thought it would be easy. Information is very limited and staff put NO effort in any thing .. I arrived there 15 minutes earlier just in case right?... all I found was an empty room, table with not even plastic table cloth on it and some chairs,which I used to tie-up some of the balloon that I brought with me . They told me that it would be 2 helpers. There was only one inexperienced girl to do everything . My guests began to arrive, I didn't know what to do, no one form MC DONALD'S came to ask or tell me anything in how they usually run the 2 hours party ... I had to go ask them to place the guest's order . Staff looked like she had no clue how to do that ... they do not guide you with NOTHING At all ...I had to tell the associate when to do things and take action while the clock is ticking ... They don't seem to have this service under controle .No time to take orders or sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY . My guests ate the cake before singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG ? yes, THEY DID. real mess! ... The associate brought the cake and left on the table without saying anything . She took so long to came back with the kids ice cream ... when she came back the ice cream was melting ... she forgot about GOODY BAGS , did not bring them on time and my guests left without taking the goody bag, which I paid for . .... at the end they kept my $50 deposit ( which you got it back ) on top of that , manager wanted to charge me extra happy meals (which was included in the package) HUM ?? ..... very disorganized, very messy , very confusing staff . This location deserves no star for...

So we did a drive thru being that we just came back from Rye playland. we had 2 cars. The car in front had all the younger kids with my wife. The car I drove had all the older kids. When we order from McDonald's me and my wife and I always check out food before pulling off or leaving because they never get an order, correct. My wife sat there and checked all the food, and they got her orders wrong, so she asked them to fix it before she left the drive thru they quote on quote did. So I pulled up to the window for my food, but the drive-thru clerk told me sorry for the hold up but the person ahead of you was being a pain in his A$$ and she was Being annoying not know that he was talking about my wife in front of my face.....so I had to stop him and put him in his place and tell him that my wife you're talking about his face dropped in shock, he didn't even apologize which pissed me off. Now, when I get my food, our meals are all messed up. Drinks were missing. Meals were missing. I had to go into the establishment and talk to the manager. I was so mad I really should've gotten her name she was a Rockstar, and McDonald's should give that young lady a raise. Just by how she kept everyone satisfied that night in McDonald's for her staff screwup, that drive-thru clerk...

I want to say that I found out that this is a black-owned McDonald's i in Mount Vernon they just spent so much money in renovating the place rather than teaching the employees customer service how to greet people when you come into McDonald's I go to this McDonald's every morning just to get a cup of coffee I have a half an hour to get to work so I get there by 5 you get to the window nobody says good morning welcome to McDonalds can I help you the way it should be you get to the speaker at the drive-thru and you waiting 5 minutes because nobody recognize that you're there it's really sad to know that this is a black-owned McDonald's I never eat anything from there just coffee I work in a small town called Port Chester right off the 95 on Boston Post Road the service there is unbelievable they recognize you they say good morning and is fast service why can't we have that here in Mount Vernon I am sorry to write this long letter but I'm really disappointed please I hope you read this and and hope that you can...
