NFM Gourmet Deli — Restaurant in City of New Rochelle

This store is horrible when it comes to making a sandwich the way explicitly asked. When trying to have it corrected you will be spoken too like you are trying to get over on the location. The store blames you for their cooks doing whatever they wanted and not asking if it’s ok to change Ingredients. Please be Careful.I work near, and have tried ordering through their app, over the phone, and in person. I’ve had this experience with all these options I am writing this because I will never eat there again. The place is OverPriced and you cannot expect good service when regarding the grill. It’s in a great location has variety of snacks but for eating from the grill do not trust order with caution and value your dollar health and allergies....

This is a very outstanding deli of international standard. The food is always freshly prepared and the service is par excellence . I love this store so much. My only complaint is that it’s not closer to my house so I can support them more often. I went initially back when they first opened and they’re just as friendly and welcoming today.
