Breaks my heart to write this. I have been avoiding writing a review as I have been a forever long and loyal patron of D&D. This past visit last week marks the FOURTH time at this location alone we've had to just throw out all the drinks. There is no description for even how they taste. And the day before this I had stopped in a hurry. I had noticed the drive-thru wasn't moving. I went inside aware it wouldn't be fast/stellar, but hoped for a miracle. Instead, although they saw me, they absolutely ignored me. Time passed. An employee came over to where I was but instead of at least acknowledging me, they looked down, grabbed a box for donuts, assembled it in front of me and then turned their back to me, all without so much as a "hello or please wait". After ten minutes, I left. For several years now there has been no consistency in food/ drinks between D&D locations and it's a crapshoot w odds regarding a completed order done right, but, we always still went out of loyalty.Mistakes happen.
We have recently started making the trek out to a competitor just to get that value and consistency. I wish I could say different, but D&D is losing our loyalty and I'm not sure many employees working at these area restaurants actually care about their job or quality. I wish it...
Read moreI am truly appalled by my experience. Not only did they get my order wrong, but they also served me raw bacon. I asked to speak with the manager, but they informed me that the manager is unavailable and didn’t know when she would return. They only have access to the assistant manager, who won’t be there until the next day. This situation is really unacceptable. Serving raw bacon poses serious health risks, and if I hadn't checked my sandwich, I could have ended up very sick. Additionally, I still haven't received a refund. Read moreService has definitely taken a massive turn for the worst. I generally order an extra large hot tea with cream and Splenda about 30% of the time they forget the Splenda. Even when I remind them at the window. Last couple times ordering grilled cheese with bacon no bacon walk back in to make it right nobody apologized they made it right but nobody apologized. Got a chocolate croissant the other day I guess they warm it up it was burnt. If you go through the drive-thru check your order before pulling away.
