Tim Hortons — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

These people think they are funny. I make my order and explain to the girl making the order that I have a coupon with a code. She tells me to speak up. I'm basically yelling to her now. She tells me to bring the coupon to the window. I tell her I have it with me. She said I have to bring it to the window. I tell her it is on my hand. She tells me to bring it to the window. I tell her I haven't got to the window yet. She tells me to bring it to the window. Finally, totally confused, I just say okay. I go on the complete my order and tell her I want another order of doughnut holes a croissant and a coffee. She tells me to pull to the line. I pull up, pay for my food. She hands me two containers of doughnut holes and my cup of coffee. As it feels like my coffee cup is cold, I test it. It is cold. I tell the girl that it's cold and she tells me she knows. I didn't order a cold coffee. She said they would have to make another pot. I request to speak to the manager. Some boy tells me the manager is busy and he begins to explain the situation to me. I tell him I need to talk to the manager and not him. He again tries to explain things to me. I roll my window up on him. He becomes mad and closes the window on me. Finally the manager arrives. I explain the situation to her and that her funny staff gave me a cold coffee to send me on the way over the bring it to the window debacle. She then asks me if I wanted to wait. I told her I wanted a hot coffee. She retreats into the store. When inspecting the doughnut holes we find the order was wrong. So I have to tell them about that. Finally everything gets straightened out.

Went through the drive-thru today the Tim Hortons on Pine Avenue and Hyde Park Boulevard I go there at least three times a week if not more. Lately I've had a lot of issues with new employees not knowing how to ring things in properly not being polite having no customer service skills and it's really not what I'm used to from that establishment. Today when I went through there I ordered a combo that consisted of a bacon egg and cheese sandwich a large ice cap and four Timbits. I also ordered a large mocha iced coffee one cream three sugars and extra mocha. Two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. When I finally got to the window the guy greeted me with an attitude because we had struggled back and forth with the order that I was trying to make. He handed me a mocha iced Capp that I hadn't ordered and a regular ice cap and a bag of food . I said I didn't order a mocha iced Capp I ordered a mocha iced coffee he said it will take me a few minutes to remake that and I was like never mind I'll just take that because I didn't have time to wait. I paid by card and ask for the receipt he came back and handed me my card and no receipt And closed the windows after trying to get his attention for several minutes I pulled off . After looking at my card statement I noticed I was charged $27.93 after checking my order in the bag I was given the food I ordered and a chocolate chip muffin I don't know where that came into play. But from what I could gather he must have put everything into the system separately did not charge me as a combo and charged me for an extra muffin that I didn't order. Very upset with how this location has quickly gone down hill in the months i’ve been going here. I go around the same time everyday for my lunch to get coffee and/or food but recently the staff hasn’t seemed to care. I used to get a black coffee and ask for a flavor shot and sugar and they would put cream in it almost every time, AFTER asking if I want cream and I would say no. I would have to go back or just not have my coffee that day. Well, I ended up just ordering it black and ask for stuff on the side to avoid any issues. I’ve recently gone and asked for chili, sat at the window for a few extra minutes after the lady at the window walked away and no one was in site. When I finally saw someone, I waved her down and she saw me but proceeded to finish her conversation. She walked to the window, turned her back and continued to talk. I asked for a couple of salt and pepper packets(meaning 2, a couple is 2) and she comes back to the window with one each….. great. I go to eat my lunch and had a tiny piece of over baked bread in my bag that was not even edible, that they cut it into a small piece but where they cut it, was soggy?
