Prosper Brewing — Restaurant in City of North Tonawanda

Overall: this place is not first on my list, but it's definitely not last either. A really decent experience. The good: The prices are very reasonable for a microbrew. Atmosphere is nice and small for a cozy experience. Locality is good for the NT/Ton area also as closest alternatives are Beer Project or Resurgence. The not so good: The beer selection is not bad, but not great also. Some of the selections felt "generic" and not unique or outstanding, like they were simply purchased to offer and not made on site. Also, there is no table service. So you go to the bar to order your beer and food. The atmosphere being cozy also lends itself to being insanely loud of there's any kind of crowd. There's always that "one guy" with the voice that drives the whole room.... Food selection is limited. We only sampled all the beer options and did not eat so I can't speak to the quality. Overall,Ill go back to try the food and see...

A fine selection of local beer with distinctive taste, and prices which are more than reasonable based on brewing quality and precision. Great centralized location to all of the festivities, and right across the street from the Riviera Theater. All of the staff provide professional service and hospitality. I ordered the chicken fingers, and they were cooked to perfection. The sides are always fresh, and delicious (especially the blue cheese). Food delivery is prompt, and accurate. subway station vibes in a good way with great staff and my favorite selection of dark beers and ales around. I came by on the habitat for humanity craft brew tour and im so glad i was exposed to this place! older patrons and a healthy beer selection that avoids het IPA hype. the narrow bar feels cozy and not over crowded with a large dining area and many bathrooms in the adjacent room. pro: location, easy parking, fair pricing, great merch, excellent pierogi for no logical reason at an English pub haha. con: when there's standing room only it can be difficult to move about no additional entertainment...
