I apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems that the service I experienced was less than satisfactory. If you are planning to work on your car after 5, it might be wise to consider an alternative location. During my wait, I observed a chaotic atmosphere, with employees appearing overwhelmed. It seemed as though the store was staffed by inexperienced individuals. Obtaining a single radiator hose took an unreasonable amount of time, approximately 45 minutes to an hour. It was also frustrating to see numerous customers who arrived after me being served before I was. I was also moved between three different cash registers. The employee assisting me with the hose returned empty-handed three times, muttering the part number to himself. Furthermore, another employee arrived and engaged in conversation with others at the counter. The employee who eventually located my hose showed it to me and then proceeded to assist another customer. I am left wondering why three different employees emerged from the back, and why there were not more experienced staff members on duty. It seems challenging to manage such a situation with so many new employees. I regret having to write this negative review, and I hope for an improved experience in the future.

Read moreThey sold me the wrong part due to an outdated online parts system that told me the part would fit my truck. When shopping for any part for your car or truck AutoZone should have all your vehicle information including if you have 6 or 7 lugs on your tire so it can give you the correct part for you. Normally I would have been in-store buying these parts, but the tire was already off from another issue and I had to have the parts shipped, because the truck was up on jacks. The employee's were very rude and dismissive of my problem, that I just kept getting switched from one person to another. Asked if another part could be brought over as a courtesy and person on the other end basically scoffed - these parts were shipped from the N. Tonawanda store on Goundry. Was told it was in stock at another store & needed to call someone to take me there to get the part. Horrible...
