Captain Cook's Seafood Market — Restaurant in City of Oneonta

I walked into this place thinking it might be a convenient store, but it turns out it is the best local bar in town. It is also a seafood market. I met the owner, and he provides excellent, personable service, without being in anyway overbearing. He is from downstate, which I presume is where he forged all his seafood connections, because I'm no expert but even I can tell his seafood is of great quality for the price compared to what you can get at the local grocery stores.
