Update 2: went in again after a year, looks like most of the crew is different and everything is 5 stars again.
Update: I went in tonight having downloaded the app at the request of staff on my last visit. So I'm checking their ingredients out and ordering through the app. I didn't see their 9 slip long order line (really sorry), so that was my bad. Ordering on their app for the first time was terrible. It is not the same as ordering there; it's a lot worse. So after ordering on the app, which doesn't allow you to change the time or pick ingredients without an upcharge, the person making my pizza asks me how they could help. I told them, app sucks, so sorry about that, and in retrospect I should have just gave them my order. This interaction possibly led to a domino effect where they had forgotten to make 2 calzones and only made 1 for another customer. When I noticed their 9 slip long order, I said to another employee "hey I got nothing else planned for tonight, tell her I'm sorry and I'll get my pizza whenever (in regards to not being able to change the time on the app)." I've ordered so many times before here in person and have had no problems while happily waiting for delicious pizza (good food takes time). I am sorry of my negative interactions and I did not mean for them to be construed that way. Really just a bad app experience. Attached is a shot of my food after hungrily devouring 3 soggy slices. Yes the whole pizza is soggy. I am sorry and I get it, you don't want me back there.
Best pizza in Oswego. Super friendly staff, great tasting crust, good high oven temp that cooks your pizza in 90 seconds (assuming it's800F). On my latest visit, out of 10 or so, they didn't have any basil left 😔....
Read moreRiverwalk pizza I was so excited to finally have a pizza place I could eat at with my food allergies and I’m not the only one in my household that has them. The first time I ate at River walk we dined in my pizza was a bit to burnt which I made due because it was still edible. The next couple times something always went wrong with my household’s order. The last straw was the pizza was uncooked and I was at a birthday party so there was no fixing it at that point. We did get a percentage off of pizza although we were told the pizza would be on the house. I had gotten super sick from the not cooked pizza. After this last time my household has boycotted Riverwalk pizza and will not be eating there again. We have had so many bad experiences especially for how much it costs for a...
