Thank goodness beer is brewed again in Oswego. The brewers have a fine sense of history and have posted a collection of photographs on the town's brewing past. That wall built of limestone in a tap room a walk down from the main street is beautiful and historical too. Peppy service from a local staff helps you enjoy the beer in the cool cellar. It has an ultra lounge collection of couches if your entourage doesn't want to sit at the bar.
If only the kolsch tasted like a kolsch brewed in Cologne.

The beer options are fair, especially for a small town.
The food was so-so and my first choice from the very limited menu was 86ed. I ordered a burrito, which was spicy-hot to the point of being unpleasant (though not indicated as such on the menu).
