When you first walk in. You will see how dirty the floors and walls are. Even with all the tables in the corner. No one has ever bothered to clean. We ordered one cheese calzone and one with pepperoni and mushrooms. Before ordering I asked three times if there was ricotta in the calzones. And told absolutely we have it in them. When we got home. There was zero ricotta. Just cheese and bread. In my wife’s, she found the mushrooms not cooked long enough. And gave you a taste of dirt. When I called to voice my concerns. I was told we must have gotten “the end of the batch”. She told me They pre mix the ricotta and Cheese for each day. And you get what you get.... I would think a franchise would have better practice And quality control of products being made and cooked Accordingly. And who ever was cooking or shift manager would notice key ingredients missing. Before there food went out the door. As much as we had high hopes. I would not advise Dough boys. Save your money to get some pizza. Even fast Track pizza is a higher quality...

I am not a big critic especially on Google. However, this needed to be said. We got their flyer in the mail last week. We've lived in oswego for about 8 years now and never heard of this place. So we figured, good prices, good options for food. Let's give it a shot. BIG MISTAKE....

For context I am writing this after trying this place 2 different times this week, ordering different items both times.

Well, first order my son and I had some tummy issues, we figured it was a fluke. Then the second time... We both got extremely sick and we ate completely different items from each other. I have been ordering from here for a few years and never had any issues until today. i get a call from them after i ordered and they told me my address is out side there limits. i know this is not true because i have been told by multiple different delivery drivers that i am lucky i lived where i did because it is just right before the cut off which is the minetto bridge and i live 2 houses away from it and multiple of my neighbors order from here to and never had any issues with delivery. so who ever "Meghan" is either needs to learn where the cut off is or not be in charge anymore. unless who ever answer the phone who's name is "John" lied to me about it being "Meghan's" call not to deliver. not...
