Hong Kong Jade Buffet — Restaurant in City of Plattsburgh

A few months ago I went to JADE BUFFET to eat. I went all the way back to the back wall where next in the back is the festivities room. So i started to eat and suddenly in my back the wall was moving while somebody was slamming things on it in the back and it was loud. And it was like the wall was intermittently pushing me towards the table like beating hard on the wall until was moving forward. I stopped eating and i asked what is going on. They did not answer me but the old Chinese man that's always in the front and the back walking up and down and does not speak English at all made signs to me probably to move and i say i could not because I had many things on the table. And suddenly he started to yell at me in Chinese it looked like he was cursing me for the next few minutes he looked an sounded like a madman. I think he is! And he looked at me with a lot of hate while I was sitting at the table! So I eat a little more and left asap. I don't know why they keeping him there to work. He is still there. Very sad and regrettable and now i go rarely there to eat. I would leave half the stars if I could....

Their delivery driver opened our front door and came into our house without knocking unmasked in the midst of covid, we had not ordered food. this guy had the wrong address and still had the balls to open what what obviously someones front door and just go in. We called to complain and the manager said this is the 4th complaint that night of this guy just opening peoples doors and going into their houses while delivering food and he would "talk to him" he did not take the situation seriously at all judging by the nonchalant joking tone in his voice, we could have shot this guy dead. This guy still works there and nothing has been done about it, he recently did the same thing to one of our other friends houses so obviously they do not care at all that their delivery driver is breaking into peoples houses and lets not get it confused that is exactly what this is akin to, home invasions. if i hear of him doing this one more time were going to take...

I find it amusing that I ordered a simple black pepper chicken combo and whoever cooked it is using old oil it seems AND over-frying the chicken. So I called to simply ask for a PARTIAL refund of the chicken, as everything else was OK, and their decision is to REPLACE the chicken, which was fine, but they said they wanted the old chicken BACK lol.

Next thing I know some guy shows up at my door (not the same delivery driver) and I hand him the old chicken and he literally opens the container and inspects it right in front of me.

Like.. wtf? Do they really think someone would LIE about one part of their food being overcooked? As if I'm trying to scam them out of a whopping $8 refund. Their food is barely worth that price. I didn't even WANT a re-delivery, so they wasted their own time for nothing just to make sure I wasn't lying, I suppose. God forbid you just take a customer, especially one who has ordered from them numerous times in the past,...
