Worst pharmacy. Premium prices for service and convenience. But no service or convenience. Nearly four years and RX rarely correct and ready for pick up. Always and issue. Shortages. Spend way to my out of pocket covering issues. Jason manager is clueless. Derrick not focused. Rather play arounfld. Kristen excellent...but you have to waitwubtil she works. Staff of asdistance badly trained. Clueless over phone. No reason to give them info..it never gets to pharmacist or ignored. Service form Corporation Customer Service doesn't follow through either. Hard to have online account deleted. Even harder to have credit card removed number removed from file. The rewards program is meaningless. Too bad..you go in..pick up RX and shop! They hold you up in RX so youll shop. Spend loads of money spontaniously. No more. Go elsewhere or online. Plus, what pharmacy makes ill people STAND in line to wait to pick up RX. No respect. No consideration. No more my business...but that's ok the pharmacist doesn't care! He said so! Yes, Walgreens empowered staff to pick choose customers..hmmm....
Read moreCalled me a week ago to tell me my prescriptions would be ready soon. I heard nothing, so I called them today only to be informed they no longer take my insurance. I was told to call another pharmacy and they would transfer everything over. Meanwhile, I have a day left of my scripts and unless I want to pay hundreds out of pocket, there is nothing Walgreens can do. REALLY?! If you had notified me that you stopped taking my insurance, I would have had ample amount of time to transfer to another pharmacy. No phone call, no email, no letter, no text! Nothing! Very unprofessional. Putting peoples' lives at risk by making them go without their medications is not something I consider quality care at all....
Read moreWent there tonight, the item I wanted was in the flyer, but one get one free, the item wrang up more than the shelf tag, the cashier agreed, that it was the right tag wrong price, she got on the phone called someone else upfront, that girl told me that if I wanted to pay the shelf price I could not get the flyer price of buy one get one free, but if I wanted to pay the higher price that it wrang up than I'd be able to get what the flyer says, I explained to them I worked retail my whole life and I know how to read a shelf tag, needless to say, I left there feeling infuriated, because they need to honor there shelf price and honor there...
