My family and I ordered the pork ramen, chicken ramen, beef, and veggie ramens. Plus more for our friends. All together, 8 of us chowed down. We also ordered the spring rolls and chicken gyoza. As someone who has consumed a lot of ramen in Japan when living there for 3 years, I was blown away by the authenticity and flavor bomb. I should mention, we ordered take out. Living 50 minutes away, I was very surprised our food, all of it! Was perfectly warm and ready to eat. It was apparent, that the take out packaging was carefully thought of and works very well. The noodles were perfectly cooked and textured, the broth was filled with color, fat, and perfectly rounded umami flavor. The meat was high quality, pork belly was next level perfectly roasted, chicken had a smoky, fire grilled taste and char, beef was fall apart tender, and veggies were high quality. And the EGG! The EGG! Lastly, even the fortune cookies were fresh and high quality with custom fortune, fitting for the rare breeds. Looking forward to adding Rare Ramen to our regular menu!

A bowl will set you back $15 but it's a meal plus enough for some high end next day leftovers...run to this place! It's located inside The Academy building.

You have to try the spring rolls – they’re so tasty! I also loved being able to pick exactly what I wanted in my bao buns, such a fun touch. Don’t forget to grab a drink too – the passion fruit was my favorite!

Came across this place on the day of their soft opening. Dude this spot is SO GOOD. We ordered literally everything. The pork belly is absolutely amazing. We did the ramen with pork belly, rice bowl with the chicken, Bao in every single flavor the offer. Everything was such a different bold amazing flavor. The food hall it’s located in is beautiful and super clean and honestly all of the food we’ve had there so far is awesome. This spot stands out for sure though!! 10/10 would recommend. OH and I took home a ramen bowl and a rice bowl to go and even the leftovers are awesome. Can’t wait...
