I just had the worst experience ever at the Rensselaer Dunkin Donuts. Went there at 4:25 pm on Sunday 8/13/2023 to get my free ice coffee ( from the app I have ) and the employee couldn’t get it to work and proceeded to tell me I had a fake one. I tried to show him it’s from my app that I have had for over 2 years. He wasn’t listening or giving a care and just kept saying nope, nope , nope . I was so angry I handed him back the ice coffee because he obviously was expecting me to pay for it ( which I wasn’t going to do when I should have gotten my free one) , and I left. I will never ever go there again. He didn’t have on a name tag either. If this is how they are going to treat good customers then they will lose business. I did call and leave a message for the manager and I am awaiting a phone call Monday morning….I gave one star but not even...

Immediately make your police report and file your court documentation ASAP anything else will be a waste of your time. My vehicle was damaged in April 2023 I am still waiting on them to fix the damages, made to my vehicle while sitting in their drive-through. No fault of mine here it is October Smh. Read moreI used to avoid this DD's like the plague and then a few months ago I decided to stop in because I was at the park across the street and I have to say I was impressed...the staff was actually very polite and coffee was fresh. I now am just about an everyday customer! The staff are very friendly and my coffee is always on point and I especially great full for the way they interact with my 8 year old son who is autistic and can be very overwhelming at times, they talk to him and make him feel special, he loves stopping in to say hi to his "friends"...I'm not sure of there names but shout out to the tall skinny kid with dark hair and the shorter skinny kid with blonde hair, thanks for always making our visit a pleasant one!!!!!
