Abbott's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I'm giving this zero stars, if there were negative stars I would give it that. We ordered the super banana split which was advertised on the menu board in a boat. It came in a large milkshake cup which was disappointing but we decided to try it. It was a sloppy runny mess, it didn't even stay on the spoon! Not as represented and doesn't even qualify as a sundae. A milkshake would have been thicker. There were little or no toppings especially BANANA! If there was half of one that's being generous. The custard was non-existent in texture and hard to tell even how much there was. There might have been some chocolate? We try to get to Abbott's every couple weeks. After stopping in at lunchtime yesterday, I have to say we probably will not be back. Despite nobody being around customer wise, service was slow. I specifically requested my sundae to not have toppings and made myself clear.. or so I thought. I know it's a risk with food allergies to go to places like this, but I also know myself and have never had an issue. This one would've killed me. I'm still pretty upset about having to toss a $7 sundae I've been trying to get all summer to constantly be told they don't have the necessary ingredients. Today my husband and I went down to get a custard on a cone. Single scope is fine... If they at least would put the amount of ice cream that goes in a single scoop would be nice for 5.05 each. My cone was pitiful and you should be ashamed of yourselves that you're not consistent when you scoop your Custard. Maybe you should start weighing it so everybody gets the same amount. Some people's ice cream look like Kitty cones and other peoples look huge. I work hard for my money and so does everybody else give people what they're supposed to get for what they're paying for!
