A large number of staff don't have good customer service, the food has been unsafe and unsanitary many times, most of the newer staff seem to have no training whatsoever, I've had rotten lettuce and other produce multiple times, and I think a majority of the food here is old or stale. There was an incident when the management was willing to use rotten tomatoes in food that was made and thankfully a staff member refused to serve them. If we were living in a world where everything revolved around completing your work then acquiring the most mediocre sustenance Douglass Dining Hall would perfectly fit. Between the overcrowded spaces, the food lacking taste or texture and the ridiculous wait times this dining hall should be avoided at most costs.
