Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Very hit or miss, wait times often much longer than posted (on Grubhub). On several occasions I have gotten there after ordering in advance only to find my order not there. And this morning I ordered an Irish Cream Nitro Cold Brew (my favorite Starbucks drink), and when it was finally ready it was undrinkable. Looked nothing like it was supposed to, and it lacked any sweetness and tasted almost burnt (which doesn't make sense for a cold brew). I'm still a fan of Starbucks but am reluctant to return...

What a crock! The coffee and food are okay, honestly a bit on the mediocre side, but this location on the University of Rochester campus is now refusing to use Starbucks gift cards or the app to pay. Seems Starbucks isn't really concerned with honoring their own systems. Looks like there's one more place I'm not going to be...

It's a super clean place with people on their laptops at every table. Orders get out relatively quickly despite long lines (you'll wait ten minutes tops from line to drink-in-hand). The only downside is this place doesn't accept Starbucks rewards points for free drinks, etc., hence the four instead of five...
