Absolutely delicious with a fresh twist on classic authentic flavor! I wanted to try an entree item that was exclusive to the restaurant (and not typically offered on their food truck) and went with the Puebla Enchiladas. They were generously filled with my choice of chicken— to the point that I wished they had offered more salsa on the enchiladas! Speaking of salsa, the salsa verde was savory and well-balanced, not too vinegary or spicy, should be perfect for anyone! I visited for the first time with 2 of my sons. It’s a small place where people were in and out constantly for take out. We decided to stay and eat. There are a handful of tables to sit at and felt comfortable. I had enchiladas, one son had a burrito and the other steak tacos. Everything was delicious! The chicken, steak and pork were all so tender and flavorful along with great sauces with just enough spice. I cannot stress enough how amazing this place was. We were 5 and they put tables together for us. I got the Tradicional Tacos. Excellent with enormous chunks of meat. I also got the Mole Nachos which were a revelation. Spicy and sweet and just all around excellent.
