Picked up a pizza & wings tonight 1/14/22, paid $27.15 cash. I should have know something was not going to go correct, when I called in my order & the guy who answered was speeding ( talking really fast). I picked up the order got it home & it was completely burned on the bottom & the wings are hard as hockey pucks. Called back to notify them & received two guys pretending to be managers, they called themselves Morty & John. John requested pictures, "saying that Dess the owner is very funny about giving refunds or remaking orders for customers, Dess wants proof". I was happy to send the pictures, John told me once he received the pictures he would call me back, that didn't happen. Instead I had to call back & that's when he got nasty. John, told me, "that's how Chester Cab Pizza looks, that's the way they make it, I should just taste the burnt pizza & be happy." He then hung up on me, I called back & he yelled, "stop bothering me, I have S to do", then hung up again. I called back, then I got nasty, I told him you cannot keep taking customers money, giving them burnt food & expect them to be nice about it. Burnt pizza & recooked hard wings are not the way Chester Cab used too prepare food & I shouldn't have to settle for something I can not eat. It is not ok for an establishment to take customers money & then refuse to supply decent eatable food to the customers. I plan to speak to the owner(Dess), return the burnt pizza & hard wing. if he supports the garbage his employees are serving to customers, then he need to lose business & maybe even be shut down. Maybe Chester Cab Pizza needs to be in the review window of Rochester customers. We cannot continue to allow establishment like this to continue to rip off customers Note: I would prefer to give a ZERO rating To be continued....

The reply is a ly, I never screamed at anyone, the employee was rude, appear to be high & he hung up on me. To be exact both employees that evening appeared to be High. The owner doesn't work during the afternoon, he has no idea what goes on wit customers. As for being 60, try again, your just rude & nasty. Trying to discredit me because of my gray hair is even more ridiculous than you saying pizza should be burnt & wings dried out at the price you charge. I respect & included in the customer service industry, I'm one myself. Try doing better,instead of blame the customer who dares to complain & just not sit back an allow you to steal their hard earn money

Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could. Im so horribly disappointed in this once beloved pizza joint. I Ordered a extra cheese w/ pepperoni well done. After ordering many pizzas the exact same way from Chester's, little did I know they'd be cooking the one I ordered tonight in hades. I took a peek at the pizza on the way home and discovered there was not even one "little pep". Which is one of the soul reasons other than the delicious homemade sauce that I choose to order such overpriced pizza from Chester's. I had no idea after so much disappointment on the car ride back about the pepperoni that there was even more disappointment waiting in the box for when we arrived home. Shown below are images of (as Chef Ramsey would say) a pizza "not fit to feed a dog". Notice the black crust that was rolled so unevenly there's actually holes in the back of one of the slices, there's definitely no extra cheese, one of the slices even has only one pepperoni on it and as I mentioned before, why would I order a pizza here if there was no little pepperoni? I wouldn't. The pizza was so horribly burnt it was completely Unedible. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when the last time I ordered, the pinnapple they put on my Hawaiian pizza was rancid. The pinnapple was so old and so rancid it tasted as if it had been stepped in vodka and vinegar. They did however give me a 6 dollar discount for that mistake which I had forgotten about until I ordered tonight and she gave me said, discount. A discount I was exited to receive until I found out It was being applied to a box of trash they made me cart home to throw away in my garbage instead of them throwing it away when they saw the monstrosity exit the (what I imagine must be broken) pizza oven. We will not be returning, which I'm sure the employees who clearly give no F* about the quality of the product they produce out of a once lovely family owned restaurant will be just tickled pink to hear. At least they'll be able to f* off instead of actually doing there job properly as the number of loyal customers at Chester's drop. You know what they say three strikes your out. Read moreOrdered food at 9:29pm via Beyond Menu App. I called at 10:30p to find out status of delivery. Told "we don't have your order" then that they did and asked if I wanted a credit or food. I asked for the food and told would make it and send out asap. I called again at 12 am to find out status again. Told delivery driver was out, then that he left my food there and the guy said "he left it here, I'm looking right at it." Then told it would be an additional 30 mins to get food and offered credit of price paid plus $10 if I wanted that instead. I said I wanted the food AGAIN and I was told it would be coming in 20 mins. Then received call from "manager" who told me the food was never made, then said that someone else got my salad and other stuff ordered when it was supposed to come to me. Then told again that food was never made and he can only do the credit previously discussed and after giving me excuses about him wanting to go home because they were supposed to close at 11p, I was hung up on. I called back and asked if I was hung up on to which he replied, "we do that often, the phones are older than me and if I don't hear you saying anything, I hang up and people usually call back." Seriously?!?!?! So, I could have been told to order dinner somewhere else 3 hours ago. I was told the food was there and ready to go, then that it wasn't. I was hung up on. This is the WORST idea of "customer service" I've ever known!!! And because YOU are terrible at making customers a priority, I don't get to eat tonight. After waiting 3 friggin hours....I am left hungry and pissed. DON'T ORDER FOOD AT NIGHT FROM HERE!! ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE "LOW STAFFED" THEY WILL NOT MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR FOOD NOR WILL THEY CALL YOU SO YOU CAN ORDER SOMETHING FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE!
