Now let’s talk sides — I doubled down hard with mashed potatoes and gravy all around. Creamy, buttery potatoes, rich gravy poured on top, and when you pair that with a hot, fluffy biscuit fresh out the oven? Man, that combo is a straight-up boss fight victory.
Service at this location was solid — the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. The staff was polite, and everything was packed up the right way. The only small downside is the parking lot can get a little tight, especially during dinner rush, but honestly, once you’re inside and that food hits the table, you forget about all that real quick.

On Saturday , November 2nd I had a very poor customer experience at your KFC 1210 University Avenue Rochester, NY Locations that left me highly disappointed with both the quality of the food and the customer service provided.
When I brought my concerns about the food condition and quality (chicken tenders cold, hard and inedible,) this is what I was told
“ you have to deal with issues like this online. We don’t get involved with that.”
Giving me the impression that my Tender Combo was actually dropped from the sky directly from the KFC Online Kitchen !

Upon receiving my order, I found that the chicken tenders were hard, cold and not edible.
When I returned to the KFC location to request a replacement order, I discovered they had closed 20 mins early early. I requested a refund, and to my second surprise he informed me that he doesn’t get involved with issues of customer dissatisfaction, food quality or refunds because I ordered it online via your heavily promoted KFC Mobil AP
Before closing the drive-through window, he wanted me to know that the chicken that he was selling at the time was so much older than the tenders - indicating that I was lucky to order the tenders supposed to the chicken.
This situation was frustrating, and I believe it reflects poorly on KFC’s commitment to quality and customer care.
Recommendation: you should hire people to shop your stores at critical times to get a sense of how your customers are being treated.

I got the 10 piece saucy nuggets, my son doesn't like spicy food so I got them unsauced and figured I could ask for 1 sauce when I went inside .... the woman ignored me for at least 2/3 minutes and then came over with an attitude... I told her my son is 1.5 years old and won't eat any sauce however I was going to share with him so I asked for 1 sauce on the side for myself. The online app wouldn't allow me to select the sauce on the side so she refused to give it to me unless I paid 1$ for 1 sauce. It was not only disgustingly rude but I am going to make sure I tell everyone not to go here. It's not the first time I've gotten horrible service and in that respect I guess it's my fault for giving this place a second chance. I think this is absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered online before. I tried to order sauce on the side there was no option. You would think 1$ would be better than loosing...
