Rochester Beer & Park — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I truly used to love coming here - not only was the food menu more diverse and delicious, but the food prepared was quality, worth showing up and paying for. Last night - at a promoted evening for Halloween, that you would assume would be well prepared for (DESPITE the lack of crowd that showed up) I received overcooked Reuben egg rolls (that I was VERY excited for) that were clearly overcooked in old oil. Black on the outside, mushy and room temp in the middle. Now the young lady working the window of the food truck - a doll. She was great and is the one star of this review. You could tell she was embarrassed she had to hand it to me in the first place. I came back and asked for a hotdog instead and she made that happen, no problem (hotdog was greasy af?? but far more evenly cooked than the Reuben egg rolls). On top of this disappointment, I was spoken to by the young blond in the outside flamingo trailer bar as though I were an idiot when I tried to confirm if my husband had a tab open out there (I KNOW the tabs can't be linked - which is also DUMB, but I wasn't aware you had to close out then and there) I do love the additional outdoor seating and fire pits - great upgrade. The bartenders inside were fine, friendly service, not a horrible wait but again it wasn't crowded. Overall this experience has not left me...

I would give zero stars if I could. There was only one bartender working while it was busy but she seemed drunk and was screaming in guests faces. I ordered food and it was taking a while so I approached the bar to ask her and she ignored me. When my friend tried to ask her she brushed her off too. We took our seats and then someone from the kitchen approached us asking if there was something wrong with the service, like we were doing something wrong and didn’t believe me when I said I’d been waiting for my food. He shouted out another order in front of us and said the ‘f’ word several times and completely disregarded my food order. We ended up leaving feeling completely put off. This bar has a good concept behind it, but there are some setbacks for this young spot. They need to either have printouts of their beer lists, monitors with list, or post them on social media... the bartenders don’t t have much of clue what’s one on tap if you ask for a recommendation and just refer you to the one single beer list posted on the wall in the middle of the garage doors (which is not readable from either end of the bar). I decided to get a repeat of the second beer I ordered, and it definitely had a nasty taste to it... thinking they are not washing the glasses too well... use some oral antiseptic at the end of the night, just saying. Like I said though, it has a good concept and I hope...
